A printed copy of the Memorandum will be handed out at the ratification meeting.
VOTING
You must be a member in good standing to vote.
This means you must have signed a yellow membership card in the past. You can sign a yellow card at the registration desk at the meetings.
Meeting Vote
A secret ballot vote will be held during the meetings on Monday. To ask a question and participate in discussion you must attend a meeting.
Email Vote
Members who are unable to attend one of the meetings because you are at work, off sick or out of town on vacation, will have the ability to vote by e-mail.
Voting is available from Saturday, August 14th at 9:00am to Monday, August 16th at 6:00pm.
No votes will be accepted past the deadline.
You must send an email to ratify2010@ceplocal723m.com.
The email must contain your Name and CTV Ltd. EE# (EE# is found on your CTV Ltd. Paystub or on your Manulife Benefits card listed as “member certificate number”) and your Yes or No answer
to the following question;
Do you accept the Memorandum of Agreement between CEP Local 723M and CTV Ltd. signed on July 22, 2010.
